Installed this a long time ago.
Just recently uninstalled it as it ws too time consuming to restore inactive people When i originally installed it, i was moving people to the COPPA/Moderated Users group When I check this usergroup, it shows no one is in this group, but I am still receiving emails indicating they are banned, and when I check , they are in this group whch is I assume where they were put after the original 200 days they were inactive. Why are they not showing in this group , and if they aren't moved there after this time frame, and are only moved once they log in, and the product is removed, why are they being moved there ? thankz |
Ive read this three times and Im still not sure what your saying.
I am curious though, why are you restoring members manually, when there is an option to restore them automatically if they login (and just how many members return after more than 180 days to make that such an issue) Ive been using this for 4 years and never manually restored anyone. |
Paul,
I've created a mod based on yours (extends yours) and would like permission to post it here? Basically it's your mod with the functionality of posting threads with the names of the members that went inactive, etc. I call it Inactive Members Plus. Anyway, please let me know if it's ok or not as I do use your existing code (although I've gone through and renamed things for consistency within my module and such). |
As long as you credit me in the code, and the thread, then its fine by me.
