I found a bug:

If I get a pm to change a username, change this username and go back by browser button, I can not use this Direct-Answer-PM as it only adresses username, not userid.

Solution:

Use userid to send pm, not username.

EDIT: if clicks on the advanced mode, it show this error message

I think he don't have much time to spend on this, or need to receive donating by us.
Hope it's fixed soon, otherwise just removed from the board and go.
