Can i use this mod with vbcasino? if so how do i?

Hi, I am new to vBulletin so please forgive my ignorance. I have vBulletin 3.6.9 and I just downloaded and installed vbcretits per steps 1-7. I did not add all the codes below step #7 in the instructions as I don't know what that is about.

After step 7, I see that vbcretics is shown in my Admin Control Panel.

However, I don't see the credits showing up in the forum under the members.

Can someone please tell me what is wrong.

You need to do the template edits as well. Oh, and why are you trying to install the 3.7 version on 3.6.9? There is a 3.6 version which is pretty much the exact same thing, and is actually meant for that version...

Thank you for the quick response. I thought those are the edits relating to stop #2. So I thought since my version is 3.6.9, I don't need to make those changes.

For I need to make those changes in all files mentioned. So for clarification, I need to edit those files and add the codes mentioned in the install menu.

BTW, I did install the one for version 3.6.9. I just post this post in the wrong forum.

yes, in the casino settings is an option for cash system. use the value: credits

the instructions are for editing templates, not files. i explained to another new-vb user how to apply template edits, found here:

Didn't see you mention anything about it here, but are you going to add any award features for social group activity? Like starting a group, getting members, ect.

Also, there was a mod released for social groups that adds a forum to each group who wants one, do you know if you are rewarded for activity in that sort of forum?

uh..huh.. well, i announce as i see fit, and further questions about it should be continued there :D is what i was trying to say

the current version is a vb3.7 port of the vb3.6 version of vbcredits. future versions will take advantage of vb3.7-specific functionality :)
