I've tried both downloaded zips, both are broken. No database seems to be create hence why we are getting database errors?

no they are not broken. 2-3 others got the same problem, but if you can create the tables manually then it is working..

How would I create the tables manually? I don't have very much experience in that area.

login to phpmyadmin and copy paste the lines for creating tables from xml file.
if you want i can make it for you. pm me phpmyadmin login..

I'm in phpMyAdmin right now and I see at the bottom where I can create a new table for my database. I just don't know what to put down for the name or the number of fields. Even after that, I don't know what to do.

I'm pretty sure I could catch on if someone told me what to do step by step. Anyone?

I've never seen a mod where your asked to create tables via phpmyadmin. I thought thats was why you installed product files to do that for you?
