I uploaded everything as stated and it installed and looks good. Only problem is that it always says "loading" in chat box. I am sorry if this has been discussed before but I am too busy to search through 72 pages to find the answer. Thanks for the great looking mod! Please help!

I am using IE8. Besides uploading files, is there any template files I have to edit like HEADINCLUDE or anything like that?

Seems like it is errors with Javascript. I see errors lie this:

Your vBulletin installation seems to be corrupt, none of the JS files (even vBulletin ones) work - it's broken globally across your forum.
