Ok I came back and downloaded 2.2.4a and copied over the miner.gxboxlive.php file from the includes/cron folder to my web server (that was the only file that changed right?) and I manually ran the cron job, this time I got back the following:

Ok, no errors, that looks good. However, when I go to the leaderboard the score on my own account is still weeks behind along with the most recently played games listing. Does it not update everyone when the Cron job runs? Is there something I'm overlooking to get the leaderboard to update anyone whose account has changed on the list?

Ok it appears to be updating now, just rather slowly for some reason, I guess it just takes some time huh? :)

Using this on vB 4 messes up the user profile styling and the gXbox leaderboard looks messed up too.

Does someone know how to fix these issues? Otherwize I have to uninstall this great mod. I hope the author changes his opinion and supports/updates this mod again. Or maybe someone else asks for permission to update it.

It updates all gamercards for the leaderboard slowly over the course of 24 hours, you shouldn't have any scores older than a day. I am not sure why some would be further behind without any discovery information.
