Installed in about 5 minutes and adding games is easy as pie.

No errors and everything plays!

I am still lost here on this one, I have had the 2 tabs open, both got the games up in them and when I submit the second one, it tells me "The score was not submitted".

What am I doing wrong here? :confused:

this is normal, you can only start ONE gamesession, if you do another one (in another tab for exampe) the old one gets invalid.

Never play using tabs, only play one game after another to avoid any problems

I never do, lol, just trying to figure out how they are cheating, which I understand is by opening up the same game in 2 tabs or windows. Trying to replicate what they are doing. I figured out that one person was using an app to slow the game down. It took her twice as long, sometimes longer, to always beat who ever had the high score and would only play games like tetrus where by slowing it down would give her the advantage. But there is supposed to be a way to cheat by opening 2 tabs or windows. If someone could pm me the complete details, I'd appreciate it. It's driving me nuts that someone is cheating and I can't figure out how. I'll update this weekend that I hope will correct this.

it does, if the game takes more than 3 seconds to submit a score then the score will timeout. The cheat program they use to cheat takes about 2 seconds to open, and another couple of seconds to actually change the data. So they would time out long before they could cheat. Meaning, no more cheating :D

They were using a plugin for firefox called Tamper Data. Look it up.

Yes, the three seconds limit is part of more protection against those plugins for firefox - although I must say they only work for new, secured v32-games!

Since the upgrade to 3.7 - the icons in the postbit stopped working, just didn't display anymore.

I've now upgraded to the latest version of ibProArcade and the icons still don't show, even though the option is checked for marquee.

Any help?

The download works now but ill wait for the icon fix before upgrade

1) support-forum is there for any problems like postbit-crowns ect...
2) I think the templates must be checked when the icons don't show up, check installation-instructions and verify postbit / postbit_legacy

Almost got 5k installs Mr Zero :)

My way to do this is the following:
just open the edit-window of the template you want to modify - select all of the code, copy and paste it into a texteditor-window (for example notepad in windows or textedit in macosx), search there for the mentioned place and look at the slider for the position. Then switch to the vbulletin-template-editor-window and scroll down with the slider to a similar position and then the chance to find the code is big. :)

I had a mod that made small icons appear next to ppls' names in the who's online in the Arcade showing what game they are playing. I cant remember where I got it. Does anyone know?

After the upgrade i've find an error, the games can't save the scores, an DB error is showed, like this:

My db port is 3308, bu MrZeropage has changed in the rc previous installation, i don't know why this error.

2) re-import the product-XML and set overwrite to YES, this adds the "scoretimeout"-field to the DB

Greg, its probably because after the upgrade to gold you have reverted all your templates.
You might have to re- edit your postbit template and put the arcade condition in there.
