Now my Browser (Latest stable Firefox) says: Wrong formating if i try to view the forms.

I created a form template for guild recruiting and I have been copying the template.

The Issue I'm running into is that when I fill it out and click submit i get this error

Form failed to submit. The following error(s) occured:
Please complete both the subject and message fields.

If you send the results to database, is there a stat page ie total number of votes per question? Planning on using this as a ballot system to ask people to voted for 20 questions...

TNC, there is a page where you view it per person who answered (in a table), but you'd have to do the counting yourself (i.e. # that answered "No" to question 6).

This displays the results like in the attached screenshots.

I use firefox with no issues. Try clearing out your cache.

What vbulletin version are you using?

Sory for my bad English.

With custom output the dropdown answers shown wrong. When {q_x} selected, the output shown as numbers (not the value of dropdown seleciton).
