Coders Shack, What I'd like to see is the ability to restrict certain video sites to certain usergroups. I would like to activate then entire list of supported sites, but only allow registered users to use a few of them and admins to have access to them all.

Can this be done?

i'm still trying to draw out a plan to do this.

two big features i wana add is the ability to do that with forums and usergroups.

problem is for usergroups i have resorted to a clientside method so somehow im going to have to store the posters usergroup id in the html or something. Ill figure it out lol.

any plan to release same for vb 3.7.x?

the new version will require a license but i will re-release this version but will remove all the sites that currently don't work (as the free version will no-longer be supported, the license will be extremely cheap)

Are you saying that we will have to pay for the new version? How much?

no more than $10 no less than $5 (i don't feel like this is an insane request, i have invested a huge amount of my time in supporting this mod for free)

i would be happy to pay for the new version, and your requested price is more than reasonable. particularly without a big server hit, this would be a cool additon to many boards. looking forward to it! :)

could u make it work for sigs too? doesnt work for sigs only the url shows up

but i dont know why that i cant use yahoo videos
