I am not an engineer, but the only file that needs to be updated that I know is that file. Make sure to go to /z/install/manager.php to make the upgrade to 1.04 official Darat.

ok uploading..i opened the install folder and removed the 2 fiiles you stated do not upload when i over write all my files..So I will see how it goes.

Please note: Do not upload the following two files:

/z/install/index.php
/z/install/detail.php

so i removed them...right?

No, when upgrading those files are not needed (they are just needed for the initial installation).

Also, to note, one of our coders included some code by mistake from the 1.1 version of blocks.php to the 1.04 version which does cause an small error. Please download the latest copy and just upload the blocks.php file again from the latest file. This only applies to those who have already installed 1.04.

We sincerely apologize about that.

ok got it fixed..THANKS

Knightmane 09-14-2007 08:57 PM

I have noted that with Zoints Local, if a member changes their username on the forum itself, the reflected name change is not seen in the Zoints Profile. If you manually try to insert the correct name into the URL, and hit enter, it tells you that the profile you're looking for cannot be found.

Otherwise, this is a great product.

Hi Knightmane,

You need to login to your ZAdmin, click Members, search for the profile and then change the url token to reflect what it should be with the new name. If this does not work properly for you, open up a ticket at network.zoints.com

And thanks for the kind words.

That was the bug I mentioned earlier. When did you download Maximal, before or after that post (where I noted the bug)? If it was before, try downloading again and re-uploading the file as specified above. If it doesn't work let me know and I'll take a look.

Thanks for the reply - to do that I also had to upload the latest content of the install folder (excluding index.php & detail.php) - it may be an idea for that to be added to the upgrade.txt file in the zip?
