I have a modified style (inheriting form default parent)

The bar on the RHS (most popular forums) is showing the default blue, as is the "reload" on the bottom LHS. These are the only links not showing correctly as white.

I've tried to see which stylevar it is using but not having much luck

Any ideas?

installed fine , then i disabled it and then enabled it and got

in each of the columns or box's, i've disabled other mods to debug but the issue does not go away, any solution ?
