I have this hack installed on my website and each day I have roughly 15 people on, and my site comes to a grinding halt. My webhosting company is dreamhost, and they are continually blaming my site's slow speed and 500 Internal errors on the shoutbox. I have a hard time believing them since our usage is not that high. My question is, could dreamhost be correct in telling me that our shoutbox is killing our site? Even with such a limited amount of people on it?

Also, my site runs perfectly fine for about a week or so, and them blam-o. It craps all over itself and we have the issues. Thanks!!

How can I centre the Chatbox Note?

I am getting an error when trying to view chat archives. Error below:

I cant find any place to change the allocation? Any ideas? Thanks
