i got a really easy question probably. i uploaded all the files. now, its says to install the mod. Ok, how do you go about that? All i have is a gxboxlive.php file and no .xml file. I go ahead and try to upload the product gxboxlive.php and it comes back with this error:
XML Error: no element found at Line 302

nevermind. i just didnt get all the files. duh!

I like this mod and use this for my website.

And at Planetside Universe you see at the Who's online part the following information:
How did you add this to that forum?

Is this from a new version or custom made? I like that a lot since everybody can easally see who's online to play with.

put the images folder provided in the "misc" folder for whatever skin you are using.

the install instructions have you put them in the regular images>misc folder. but this will not work if you have the folder for the skin itself in the forum>images folder, see?


for example, if your skin is located in http://yoursite.com/forums/images/dark_vb_v2/ folder, then you will need to put the images folder that are for the mod in http://yoursite.com/forums/images/dark_vb_v2/misc folder.


And you'll need to add that images folder and its contents for every skin you have in order for the images to work on the leaderboard page.

I am developing some new tools that may be used to add features to to gXboxLive in the future, however, this is still quite a ways off.

Then im curious how you got the information about the xbox live online status. Im searching my a** of and cannot find any way to check this. If you could point me in the right direction, that would be nice. Im able to make something myself.

I have access to the Xbox API as a member of the Xbox Community Developer Program.

Any idea if this works with the 4.0 beta code that was released yesterday?

I am unsure if it will work. It should work for the most part. The style may be wigged out and the postbit and homepage integration may not work.

Per their advice, I had disabled all plugins before upgrading to 4.0, and then I tried re-enabling this. It totally hoses the display of the forums, so I had to disable it again.

I say it does not work.
