Hey Paul....Are you working on a 3.7 release of this mod?
|
There will be one yes.

Is this thing on? :erm:

Install Flashchat, ticking the option to integrate with a CMS (on the first page where file permissions are checked) What in the world does that mean? I read the instructions and have no idea what they are talking about. Thank you kindly. |
Yes this 'thing' is on - and as the firstpost says, this is not a Flashchat support forum. If you want help installing FC then you need to goto the Tufat forums, a link is in the main post.

Has anyone figured out how to modify the integration to work with the ajax skin?
My members are revolting over the default smilies and this skin moves them from flash files into network storage as .gifs Instructions say that you should point to /chat/ajax/index.php but I can't figure out how to get chat/flashchat.php to recognize it in the integration. |
Flashchat integration does not work with the ajax skin.

I know this is straying off topic a little, but I figured this would be the best place to find coders who know how to tweak Flashchat. I bought the module pack for Flashchat and I have been trying to get web radio working for 2 days now to no avail. I give up. During that time I figured it would be easier to embed a player set to 1 radio station. The problem is, I have tried everything and can't find the proper place to put the HTML so the player shows up in the chat. Any coders out there who can give me a hand with this? Here is the example code:
HTML Code:
<EMBED SRC="http://www.web-radio.com/stream.cfm?id=789" VOLUME="99" HEIGHT="60" WIDTH="144"> |
You need to ask this on the flashchat forums.

My users cannot use the chat because it tells them they are banned, this is of course using the feature that auto logs them in with their forum account.
I am pretty sure its a problem with the CMS file, because I do not use the traditional usergroups. Anyways my question is where is the CMS file located? ( or whatever file is used to designate certain users permission to login ) |
