Now you can edit the title and description. I used vB cleaning method. Don't know why cleans double quote and not single. I'll check it, but this is the reason that I added (somehow illegaly) editing there. Also...... If you're using iso-8859-1 is better to use UTF-8. Most video providers are using this character code. All iso-xxxxx formats are outdated.

1. Fixed all reported bugs with the most important being the missing Video Status (Active, Hidden, Awaiting Approval) in the new template style released in version 1.3
2. Added the requested feature Edit Video. ATTENTION: There was an important reason that I haven't added this feature before. Most video providers (including YouTUBE and Vimeo) prohibits to change data to protect the copyright of the video poster. Is easily understandable that a modified title (or text) can lead to different meanings. That's why I coded it such a way to be controled by usergroup permission. So think well before giving permissions to edit.

To upgrade:

1. Download ver. 1.3.2
2. I suggest you to upload all files in case that I forgoten changes that I did in some files. But if you want to do a selective upload then upload the files:
   1. video.php
   2. video_usercp.php
   3. includes/xml/bitfield_videoclub.xml
3. Import product-videoclub.xml
4. Goto Usergroups and set the permission Edit. Default is NO.

I just installed video club on my website http://www.spyidea.com/video.php. After adding video, it shows Preview not available and when you click on the video it reload the same page. It does not take you to the video or play the video.

For thumbnail I need the real video URL (eg YouTUBE) to check if it has thumbnail or not.
1.- Have you cmod 777 the directory videoclub/thumbs?
2.- When you tried to add the video did you seen any thumnail in the form?

For the video page the link is wrong. As I seen you've activated SEO urls. Have you upload htaccess.txt and then rename it to .htaccess ? Is also wise first to check something with real URLs and when you see that everything is working fine then to turn on SEO urls. So I suggest you to turn off seo urls now.

When I use direct links eg http://www.spyidea.com/video.php?do=viewvideo&id=3 the video works. So something is wrong with your htaccess file.

1. The directory videoclub/thumbs and directory videoclub/thumbs are cmod 777
2. htaccess is added to my htaccess in directory
2. When adding video Thumbnail show but after adding the video it will show preview not available.
3. If i set SEO URLs Active as No, the vidoe will show but thumbnail will not show also.
After adding Video and click on save it come up with database error.

I asked you the video url of the video that you tried to import. Or, if you don't want to share it, try the same link in my demo installation. This will helps me to understand if the error comes from the mod or from your settings.

Can you attach your htaccess file?

As I seen you want to use Threads for comments. That's fine. My mod supports 3 types of comments. Have you selected to which forum the threads will be created? Have tested in my side and works perfect.

If it works in my site then is something that you must check to find in your site. As long as videoclub/thumbs/ is CMOD 777 as you wrote before, check in your PHP ini if allow_url_fopen is ON. Other than this I'm not server guru.

Do you mean that the thread is created (you can see it in forumlist) but the threadid is not saving in video record?

As for htaccess seems to be ok. Try to put my rules at the top of the file.

Try to CMOD back to 755 the folder videoclub/thumbs/ Some servers don't need it and instead they causes errors. Also, is there any error loged in error.log file?

Ok Doug. That redirection delay don't think that is an issue anymore as long as the Video Status appears in My Videos. Also the last uploaded video appears first so the users, even if they didn't read the message, they can find it in their list.

If redirection message is in general problematic for your members you can disable them at:
Admincp-> Settings-> Options-> Cookies and HTTP Header Options-> Remove Redirection Message Pages

In my opinion Disqus is the best choice as it has lots of social features.

Just in case that maxresdefault.jpg is big for your upload setting, upload the attached file to videoclub/includes/

It will tries to fetch the default (smaller) thumbnail

I've 2 active demo installations and another 13 here (vB4+vB3). Nobody reported something similar. If I understood well the mod fetches the data correct (you can see them in the form) and when you click "Save", you're getting that error. Am I right?

At that point, 2 issues can be possible:

1. Your path to thumbs is wrong at: Videoclub-> General Options-> Server Path to Thumbs (no ending slash).
2. The php function "copy" does not works: copy(''.$videothumb.'', ''.$vbulletin->options["videoclub_serverpath"].'/tmp/'.$logo.'');

As a second thought. That "Forbidden" indicates server error. Can you please check if the file video_usercp.php is CMOD 644 ? If it is (which is the normal), try to change it to 666. Just for testing purposes. If it works then bring it back to 644 and contact your hosting provider.

If it's not 644, then change it to 644

I put the id to my server as security rule and now it works. I do not know if it is ok.
I do not know if the id will change and have problem again, COMODO Firewall sees something that does not like :)

It was not 644? Strange. Normal is 644 for all files. Once, some years ago, I had a similar problem. Don't remember if it was 600 or 640 but it was not 644 so I had problems with many files. That's why it came to my mind when I read that "Forbitten".

I think that you must contact your hosting provider to get advices.
