It is extremely important you do this, otherwise the mod will not function correctly.

Because the different positioning options resulted in template problems (not looking good in different positions).

However, in 2.1, I'll let you move each individual part of the postbit manually if you so wish.

1. The ability to calculate points from a certain date. So when the product is installed, it doesn't calculate 10 years worth of points!

2. Needs a "Shop" (like the one in vbexperience ver 3.8) - so users have a way to spend their points (& a place to insert their shipping address) to send the item they purchased.

This is a feature of the Pro version :)

vBActivity will most likely never include a shop mod, because we're planning to create a separate one, and it will be able to use vBActivity points as well as any other points system in existence.
Making it separate allows us to expand it beyond the confines of vBActivity - which is really only intended as an activity & awards system, not as a points & shop system :)

Sadly not, no. Our next project after a vBShout optimisation update is a new kind of forum RPG, which as you can imagine will take some amount of time :)

Did I see somewhere that said there is a way to import basic achievments, awards, etc.? Or do I have to start creating them, and adding images for the awards and achievements?

This mod is great, and is really helping my community grow.

Im jsut wondering, is it possible / I am suggesting that critera can be made for DBTech user status and moods, DBTeach Post thanks and most importantly Vbulltein Blogs.

I wanted to create an achievement for first blog, though there is no critera for it for example

And about this product, I have some suggestions.

• Exclude certain forums from counting points
• Count different amount of points for each forum

Goal is to make people more active in low active parts and of course to protect quality users of spamers from off topic forums and similar.

Tis already been suggested on our forums, it's coming in a future version :)

I had installed this mod weeks ago and recently upgraded to v2.1.1. (Thank you for this great mod!)

And next, I realized that there's a point given for Thanking/Liking a post, so I installed the [dbtech] Advanced Post Thanks Like v 1.0.1 (lite). Everything went well, but after thanking or liking a post, the point doesn't show up in the Leaderboards page.

What am I missing?

Can you check that hooks_dbtech_thanks.xml exists in your /includes/xml?

If not, then I may have forgotten to update vB.org with the new files :p

Nope.. I can't find it, under vbActivity /includex/xml these are the files listed:

bitfield_vbactivity.xml, cpnav_vbactivity.xml, hooks_vbactivity.xml

Have installed this on my test site. It appears to work but was testing features, eg 'Points for Thread Ratings Received' i removed from the leaderboard, and yet i can still see it there http://mummybrain.org.nz/vbtest/vbac...o=leaderboards

Hmm, I can't immediately confirm this, but I will test some more over the course of the week - I'm massively swamped these days unfortunately :(
