So, is the problem that the login page just keeps redirecting back on itself? I'm getting an error with your Christmans javascript rollovers. Try changing the style to something else and see if that corrects the problem.

EDIT: No, now I'm getting it with the default style. Are you sure you installed the most recent version?

yeah the Christmas Style sucks actually :p

but I changed it to the Aria Skin and still the same, it hangs a the redirect page.....
mabe some other plugin interfears?!

I don't know which version you first installed this with, but have you made sure you've installed the most recent with all the updated files and removed the template code that isn't supposed to be in the new version?

i did like 5 times checking and redoing, deinstalled and removed templates and installed it again.
with different styles, different languages etc.
no result :(

ok, was working fine, then all of a sudden, it went back to the INVALID ARGUMENT thing. I didn't even change anything, even from my facebook setting. Don't know what happend. Any thoughts?

OK I have this installed on 3.8 RC1 and it works but I have noticed a few small error's:

1. The community drop down menu is not working?

2. Once logged in via vb login form (not FB) I can't make any posts, I get an error saying that I need to increase my post by at least 10 characters, my post is about 500 characters long?

3. Is there anyway I can revert back to the original member profiles please, I have reverted the memberprofile template but this has had no effect ?

Simple Questiuon:
We have installed this, not that I am sure what it does.

However, my question is this, we have created a separate usergroup, and assigned it to facebook option thingy.

But how do existing users become a member of this group, in our case id:16.

Is it done automatically ? or do we have to go in and edit on a one by one basis?

just thought i would add the following info...

i was getting the invalid URL error in version 1.1.2... and i realized the following

the error kept on appearing when the url was written like the following

http://mydomain.com/forums/

but it worked when the url was written like the following

http://www.mydomain.com/forums/

Well, that is my homepage. The forum and callback are the same: http://www.cogonline.net/forums

The only problem I do have is after logging in on the homepage, it tries to redirect to an fblogin in the root folder.

This did not solve anything for me. I have the most recent version of all files.

I've uninstalled for now due to too many occasions of being redirected to "fblogin.php" (with a blank page).

I am however amazed at the level of support provided here and will follow this thread and reapply this product when I feel confident that I can make it work.

I also have the redirect problem. It appears on Internet Explorer 8 (beta 2) but it doesn't appear on the latest version of Google Chrome (1.0.154.36) where it works fine... I did a clean install of the latest version of the plugin on vBulletin 3.7.0.

Just noticed another quirk...

If i don't login right away... i surf throgh the posts and dpending on where i am on the site it will auto log me in and redirect me to forum page... not a big deal but sometime i just want to browse anonymously and not login...

anyone know what check occurs in the PHP for it to log you in automatically? I ask cuz one of my addons/hacks does not check when i go to the default page... but after i click a specific link it logs me in and takes me to forum ... so one of my PHP's has the login check..

Installed this. After connecting my existing account to facebook, it seems that I am getting an update to every new post in facebook.

A user has joined via Facebook:

Checking their account, their email was listed as:

Furthermore, joining this way they do not have to add personal details as per forum rules, so seems they can bypass normal forum security.

Also this presents a database error, for this user when clicking their username, unfortunately meaning we must now delete this user.
