this mod has worked well on vb 3.8.2 , but now want work again,
the videos are not showed, is showed only the youtube key between the [youtube] tags .

It work only in the post preview, why? And how can i fix?

I am running vbulletin 3.8.3 and the youtube works great but only if i enter the info after the = sign.If i enter a full url i just get a white box. Also i can't get google videos to work at all.I have tried the full url and also the string of numbers.Anyone know what i might check.I have no problem with them having to enter the string after the = for youtube but would like to get the google video to work.

Little modification since Youtube is going Wide Screen ;)

Open the Product File with word pad and replace the numbers

425 = 560

340 = 340

355 = 355

400 = 572

326 = 342

Uninstall the product if you already have and re-install it with the new one u edited. (You have to UNINSTALL and then Re-Install so that edits take effect, overwriting product will NOT do.)

I'm having an issue with this in 3.8.5. It worked flawlessly in 3.8.4 but since the update it simply wraps the video url in [url] quotes within the [youtube] quotes. Here's an example of the code after it is changed:
[YOUTUBE]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LDyXdAf3LR0&feature=grec[/YOUTUBE]

If I only use the video ID without the url it works:
[YOUTUBE]LDyXdAf3LR0[/YOUTUBE]

Any idea how to fix this?

Same here. As a workaround, either enter only the video id or uncheck the 'automatically parse links' box before submitting the post.

I just installed this on 3.8.4 and it didnt work... it just had the you tube url inside of the you tube brackets. Didnt work with the You Tube ID only either ... Any idea?

Snake I couldnt figure it out but I found another one that worked great. Required no tags in the post. When a user puts int he url for a video it automatically embeds it into the post. Here is a link to it.

Getting a weird error. After we embed a youtube video. If the "go advanced" button is clicked under the quick reply box... it will load the advanced edit page for vbull then go directly to a youtube page. It happens on all our posts with youtube videos installed on them. Very strange!

Yep. I had to modify my plugin code in order to get rid of that error... and I think I may have had to modify the bbcode also for the newer youtube code.
