When you upload the files to your web server you want to keep the folder structure in tact.

Everything in the "upload" folder will be placed in the root of your vBulletin install.

/forums/scast_home.xml

The forums/includes/shoutcast folder will be made and the php files uploaded.

The images by default will upload where the default style is installed. /forums/images/misc/. If you have a custom style with a different location then upload the images to the custom /images/misc/.

i applied the radio settings exactly, even said the radio is online on my control panel, even reuploaded the files, yet on forum it doesnt show it is running

can you please see to it that you fix a possible script issue, it doesnt allow the script to connect to the radio server. it works fine on 3.5.7 but after a upgrade to 3.5.8 patch 2 the radio stopped working

Well It have no Problem With Vbulletin Versions...It Works Perfect.Just Go Along With Php File Editing And See if u have still same problem....In Mine It Worked Perfect....and still working good...

I tried that on my own station didnt worked..out..dont know why..

I did try that but it didn't work. Had the the ip and port I think.

ok great hack thanks, i got 1 slight problem, if i use any of the WMP, REAL, OR QUICKTIME links they produse a mall popup box showing part of my forum home page, instaed of the player, playing the stream, the way it shood, the winamp link works but i had to selct what way i wanted to open the link for that 1 wether the rest dont give u an option,

can anyone help please??

Know what i think would be really kool with this hack, well i have about 4 different DJ'S with different slot times, and i think it would be great if ewe could have a function on the status bar of the radio were it shows you the name and pic of th current online DJ, dunno if this would be possible,

For server ip, does anyone have an example?

I am facing a very strange problem!

So i have in vista shoutcast dnas and dsp plugin for winamp, all setup fine! Also my settings in the plugins options are ok!

BUT, when i put my server ip (which is my computers ip) i cannot access my forums page, everybody else can, but i cant!
When i change my servers ip (change my ip) i try to load my forum page and it is loading fine!

Its very strange, does anybody have a solution?? Plz??

I have ran shoutcast since it was first released , today I moved to a new server and installed vbulletin beta 6

Now I keep getting these random errors even if the radio is not playing

, I disable plugins shoutcast_home and the errors stop

Has anybody got any ideas why this is happening ?

Just wanted everyone to know what a great mod this is. And that I just upgraded from 3.6.5 to 3.7 and this was one of the few mods I didn't have to do anything with. It upgraded perfectly with the board.

After i upgraded to 3.7.0 RC1 i tried to install this, but with no luck.

I hope Zachariah will update this beautyfull hack soon for 3.7 :cool:

I would love to see a dual stream version of this plugin (even if I have to pay for it).

I'm having a little trouble with this module. I have this programmed on the right hand column. It shows up but it's a little design funky.

I'm using the popular skin, CA_Evo (fluid). One of the neat designs is you can shink and grow the modules. All of the other modules works fine but this Shoutcast box doesn't. I've double checked the code from the install.txt file but it doesn't look right.

Also, the ShoutCast server is up but my site says its down. I'm not exactly sure why the discrepancy.

We are running 3.7.0 RC2 is there a planned update for this to be ported over, as in previous post getting errors and have removed it.

I'm still looking to figure out why it doesn't work on 3.6.9 still.

worked fine on ours on 3.6.9 then we updated then the problems started, waiting now for 3.7.x update.

That's great to hear that it does work with 3.6.9. Can you offer any insight as to how I can get it working on mine? I have it programmed as instructed but there is no errors for me to go back and look at. Anything would be great. Thank you.
