Why can't it be removed in the php code?

Because he didn't code it that way and he's not going to. I don't think many have a problem with its current functionality.

The-Ensemble & Ncturnal - I have removed both your subsequent posts - no more fighting please.

The mods are supplied as-is, I have no intention of changing them in any way, or answering any more of the same questions. If it/they don't suit then perhaps you should look elsewhere for some that do.

I have the exact part I want I just want to remove a part of it, I've switched it off so it displays the turned off by the administrators message, If i could just that message to blank so its just that line of text.
Thats all I want I dont see why its so hard :S

It's a phrase, just search for it, and edit it, in the ACP. FYI, it's also not part of this mod.
