You are correct, there used to be an option to include/exclude bots, until I realised that you could not display their names even if they were included, and removed the option again. However, it does sort of make sense not to include them in the count, so maybe I'll add that part back. Thing is, some people will probably want to include them in the count still, so it really needs to be an option.

Um, not sure what that has to do with this hack but I would guess that you enclose the name in quotes.

I've enabled plugins manager. I've created a new product from the plugins manager. Called it your product id. Added the xml code in the box. Doesn't do a thing, please help. :tired:
