PM Sender Options pick applicant
Send by PM no
it brings up a error and asks to put in a id in the User ID (Sender) field
only way to remove error is to put a user id in there

Yeah, I had forgotten to take out the php validation code in one of the vbulletin settings after I decided to change things around a bit from how I DID have it lol. (oops :p)
