Having a random problem, i think.,

If a user updates his settings, for something else they seem to loose the default content types configured in Content Types for New Content Search, they then have to manually set it and save again before it works.

between updating something else and updating Content Types for New Content Search, they get the message "sorry there is no new content to view".

Its happened to a handful of people now, something that can be fixed?

Think i've figured out a work around.

I reimported, then disabled the following plugins.

Modify Selection
Save Selection

Then updated settings in admincp, (also usercp for completeness) and tried what's new and it picked up all new content.

Hope this works for those who had problems with the "sorry there is no new content to view" issue.

is it something on my site or can you not quick edit thread titles with this mod?

Does this mod still work? I've just installed it on 4.2.0 and searches work but What's New isn't finding new blog or social group posts, just the odd old social group post which has me confused.

I could use this plugin but it doesn't work on 4.2...

Same as above. I'm looking for a way to simply include blog posts into my "new posts" search. Will this work for that? Or can someone give me an another simple fix?
