I received this error, via my VBulletin 3.8.7

Ive done a reupload of all my files over and over, not sure what causes this, Ive also disabled all other plugins, and products.

Zip updated, try re-downloading and re-importing :)

Oh quick question, it appears I had a previous installation made, however the previous achievements and awards, are not going away ? What I can do to restore them or remove them, when I try to view the broken image, it only goes to the directory.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the product.

That didnt do it, It is still showing image errors as if they are they are awards. They are inside the boxes and not directly connecting to any image.

They are still ghosting...

Wondering if you were able to still help me ?
