Is there a simple way to disable/remove like/thank options for all posts except the first one? This would make it more like you're thanking/linking threads.

Also, is there an easy way to move the thank/like box to above posts/threads instead of below them?

I have problem. When I'm trying to install it, it says:

Not currently, no, but this will be a future feature :)

The Pro version includes a free importer from that hack :)
