anyway to remove the pop up to download the app when members are on the mobile style?

ClemsonJeeper 01-27-2012 03:54 AM

It should only show the popup once, and set a cookie if they cancel which lasts like 6 months (unless they clear cookies or use a different browser).

Alternatively, you can disable Forum Runner Prompt in vB settings->Forum Runner

Can someone Please explain a few things to me, I'm kinda new to this Mobile apps thing, although I have created some for Wordpress sites and they COST nothing at anytime for my users to use.

So with that being said if I install this Mod on my vBulletin Site, what are the costs? Each time someone accesses new data, Post, videos etc... they get charged? is that what a Push is? I want to be able to allow my members to view New posts, Comment/Reply if they choose and be able to keep up to date with whats new on the site each day without Breaking their Banks.

Is this a Product that can do that for me? I have read through many of the threads posts but many are quite old and I just want to be sure what I'm getting involved in before moving ahead. I don't mind if they have to pay $1.99 for the app, thats not breaking the bank , but I dont want them to have to pay additional fees on top of that.

Thank you and I'm sorry for being so Nieve on this subject matter...

Tom

No, the app costs 2$ for your user to download (one time fee). That is the only time they will be charged.

Everything else works fine. Push notifications are free. There are no additional charges.
