HI,
I am dumber than a box of rocks because I can not get it to work. I extracted both files and put them where you indicated. It appears to load alright, I can see the guest track page, but I have no options showing up in my user group permissions. I am on 4.07

Well clearly you havent done something right - but it would be impossible to say what without the appropriate server access.

That is a true statement, I thought someone might know of the "usual" things people may have overlooked.

The usual reason is not uploading the bitfield file to the correct place.
