There is no significant difference between the 3.7 & 3.8 versions.

Problem... I have a style that uses PNGs. So now my IP image is not displaying because it's broken.

ok, anyway to hide the registration page if Proxy is detected? that would kill a huge percentage of trolls:D

Trolls are unlikely to use a proxy server that is detectable.
