Have you replaced the files which come with the product and verified they were replaced (some FTP won't allow to overwrite)?

If yes, from which version are you upgrading?

PS: How comes that rbs_url_sanity() is declared in functions.php?

i'm upradig from version. 2.0.3 ..
The problem: your new version is incomaptible with
http://www.vbdesigns.de/products/vbu...ystem-1-5.html
if you enabled the vbcms in the forum >> fatal error
The old Version works fine with the portal system

Hi, in your instructions it says to upload the product xml but I see two xml files, must I install both of them?

The instructions tell to install the contents of the upload folder in the package or, if you proceed manually, to copy the files in the respective folders. The XML file you find in the upload/includes/xml/ folder adds the menu entries to the AdminCP.

The product XML file itself is before the upload folder hierarchy, thus should not be uploaded. It must be used to install the product from within the Product Manager of the vbulletin AdminCP, instead.

Try to rename rbs_url_sanity inside the product installation file product-rbs.xml to something else, e.g. rbs_url_sanity2. This should fix it. I'll repair this ASAP.

Yes I understand that, but you have two xml files there, the product-rbs one I have installed and everything is running fine, but you have another xml file called it-rbs, it's not a product file, what must I do with this file? Thanks.

The it-rbs.xml file contains the Italian phrases. Sorry I forgot completely about this :)

For getting the click counts to work, it is necessary to enable click tracking (on each banner). Click tracking works for image banners only. It also adds a little overhead on each click, since the database must be opened and a query is issued.

Thanks y2ksw, I allready have the click traking enable on each banners, but... don´t work.

Attaching 2 print.

Maybe my english Is not good and I don´t understand "Click tracking works for image banners only" cause the banner is an image.

Yeah, I see: place the insidebox URL into the URL field. Then put the full or partial URL of inside.jpg into the Image field, and put Inside XBox 360 into the Name field and delete the content of the Text field. Set also the target in the Banner Options (bottom) to _blank (default). Then click tracking will work, promise :)

Use the Text field only for banners which can't be expressed as images, such as Google AdSense scripts and similar, or images which have a very specific format or additional information the standard mode can't show.
