how do u get page visit stats without having it show which member visited?

And how do I put stuff in the media tab? is it the url link in my profile? because when I put youtube links there it wont work.

I tried it but it didn't look right...let me know if it does work....or if something new needs to be done, *I am also using a custom theme, I don't know if that plays a role or not.
