Either its me, or there is a problem with the black theme if you have this plugin installed:

(quick reply plugin)

Seems the "post" button doesn't work within the quick replies. Nor the advanced button works.

Yes, all you need to do is import the style. You may have to set the image paths in the style manager>All Style Options if you have uploaded the blak-ice folder to a different location than the forum root.
