Sorry, that sounds like either FlashChat itself is not set up correctly or the integration is not set up correctly, and this hack requires both be working correctly before this is installed.

Once they are both set up correctly then this should work without any problems, until then I can not help you as I only support my hacks and not other peoples.

So, I would ask in Paul M's thread or the FlashChat support forums about your problems.

Once both are working correctly, if you are still having problems with this, then post back and I will try to help then.

I am assuming the hacks above are not installed correctly or working 100%, as you would not be posting Paul M's threads asking for support for his hacks.

Once they are working correctly then this one should also work correctly, as this hack depends on those hacks working 100% correctly.

If you are still having problems with my hack when two hacks this depends on are working correctly, then post back here. Until then there is nothing I can do to help.

I have install this ver of the chat from tufat v 4.7.12 thats no prob
my version off vb is 3.7 and I download this
ms_fc_admincp_fc4_v3.7.005

when I try to import this I get this error howe shuld I fix this Issus ??

The product paulm_fci_37 must be installed before this product may be installed. (Compatible starting with 3.7.001 / Incompatible with 3.7.999 and greater)

You have not the second item above installed.

what the ++++ is needed to get rid of this ? normally if you delete includes/xml/cpnav_*.xml all navmenus should be gone ...

You need to delete the following:

bitfield_fc_admincp.xml
cpnav_flashchat.xml

Then un-install the product. That is all.
