Side Note: 3.7.x refers to all versions within the 3.7 series.

Can some one tell me what this actually adds that vB doesn't have? I removed the mod and I still see options to reproduce what this mod did; as far as number of posts the user made, unlogged in, etc.

I guess you missed the mod description at the top of the page....

I am trying to figure out which template I need to wrap this code around. Is it the navbar_noticebit template? Thanks again for this plugin....saves a LOT of time!

No I didn't miss the description at the top of the page....
I'm wondering does this just fill in some examples to work off of or does it add features you wouldn't normally be able to produce without this mod.

As stated in the description, in 3.7 a robust interface for notices was added into the default program rendering it useless to have a separate welcome headers tool. However, as most people don't want to think up a basic messaging strategy, this addon was ported to 3.7 in order help the thousands of users make a simple move and get a start on their notices.

I upgraded to the new version and I'm not seeing anyway to edit the settings.

There are no Notices that were created and there is longer any options in the AdminCP.

Where should I look to modify the settings?
