Do the above thing that I mentioned to move it and then have that html comment only in the styles you want it to appear. ;)

But it's not showing Popular threads even when I turn it on.

Alp Load is a plugin, you will find it in plugin manager.
However if you're not familiar with php and/or html, wait till you get a more detailed reply from the author (I don't have the time to elaborate).
