this seems to be working good enough.
only thing even if you click the button and let it open it outside the browser, if you leave the page it closes..

need to keep the applet connected.

usergroups in admincp

you need to tick the box that says allow this usergroup to use this chat

Ok, thanks it's working now - but i dont see any pictures (img fix etc. is enable)

No, this mod is an "irc client" like mIRC, you can connect via javascript to an ircserver and chat there with other ppl who used this script or mirc or any other irc client and joining your chan
