Did anyone work out a fix for the blank missing Age box?

Maybe not then, so can anyone tell me please how I can remove the Age box within the style so it doesn't show please?

I want this one in fluid... not fixed size.

The skin seen in screenshot looks awesome but the actual site itself looks like da BOMB!!! I really do hope that we could get hold of something like or the style on the link given in main post. It's very creative and I would like to thank you so much for at least providing us with a skin that is creative and almost as wicked as the style on your forum itself :D
