Glad so many people like it. There'll be an update probably today or tomorrow though. I left out a couple pieces, but it shouldn't be more than a single template edit and/or an image here or there I forgot. =P

Something seems to be wrong with the buttons on my Quick Reply box in the Fixed style... Any idea what it could be?

What's wrong with it? Are you referring to how it's not showing up? Or something else?

Ah. First, how did you install the style? When did you install it? Secondly, check where the image folder is. It could be that your folder is not resent or in the wrong place.
