Not it's a little deeper than that.. The itemshop is stable and working were trying to get your inventory to display in the postbit or legacy postbit, along with some other tweaks.. It currently works fine from your inventory screen, just not in the postbit..

Couldn't you just make a plugin that executes some SQL queries to get the items and money, and make the hook location "post_display_complete"?
Besides, showing the user's inventory in the postbit may look a bit messy, the best option I think is to just show how much money they have, and a link to thier inventory.
