ARCADE.css change the alt1 from #000000 to what ever you want

then in reset.css search for #000 should be legend and change that color to what ever you like..

It's not default at all. I think he just meant in terms of structure as far as it still looking quite tableish off the bat. Nowadays (even though i love vB3 and use it on various personal websites)...
