[video] is a built in vBulletin BB Code.

This isn't really necessary for VB4 or VB5. I can only see it useful for people who perhaps imported from other forum software...

vBulletin doesn't need add-on BBCodes to embed...

vBulletin doesn't need add-on BBCodes to embed videos from YouTube or most other popular formats. That feature is already included in the product.
