vBulletin.Org Upgrade

Atm, we are still running on vB 3.6.12 and php 5.2.
This is a very old PHP version now and our servers are (over)due an upgrade.

As we have on many occasions stated, we have remained on vB 3.6...

Why would you want to switch Databases if they both have just about the same features? MySQL has just been around for a lot longer (I think so anyway), so its a lot older and more mature.

man, I've been using vbulletin for so many years it's funny In fact, I remember the big scramble the forum members made back in somewhere around 2000 that I was changing from UBB Forums to vBulletin....

Why not just add two ads to the ad_global_header2...

Why not just add two ads to the ad_global_header2 template and write some CSS to make them side-by-side? That will be much easier than somehow adding it to the Advertising Manager.
