vbulletin.org runs on 3.8.14 - how about they provide some diffs for us? :) It is just a matter of time that thousands of vbulletins wont work anymore because of PHP forced updates.

In my opinion the EOL announcement didn't matter much, it was already pretty known that they've given up on development of vBulletin 3 and 4, especially after Paul M left.
