slow query for thread.forumid. help me optimize

This query is slow (0.15 seconds) despite of having indexes everywhere.

SELECT SQL_NO_CACHE post.postid
FROM post
INNER JOIN thread ON(thread.threadid=post.threadid)

Yes, I have removed all the dataline components in postbit_attachment and attachmentbit tempates when I saw the component in my google search results. This is not good for seo.
