Sorta clear, thers an unknown column that you are trying to update called modpermissions.

Yep sorta guessed that

This Is Causing the problem.
It's in every Usergroup, and I can't remember what Hack/Mod/etc. does it.

Anyone Help.....

Check if there is still a bitfield xml-file from a removed hack in your includes/xml directory.
