How about every month you hold a "Best New Coder" award where a the best new coder gets an image stating that he/she is the best new coder.

I don't see any new coders beside myself I would win it, haha. :cross-eyed:

Something like that would only end up causing problems as feelings would get hurt no matter how you tried to do it.

Yeah I agree with Boofo, this kind of contest could hurt feeling. Now, best new Moderator...that's a different story. ;)
