Kind of like the reputation bar, however this would only be changeable by the admin and maybe moderators. It would simply be a graphical bar that would increase or decrease based on the admins decisions.
I'm trying to create a system for the vBookie hack where users can have a reputation type of bar for the betting system. If they win the admin increases that users bar, if they lose its decreased.
