SysOp & CoSysOp online status

Is there a way to pull the Moderators, Supermoderators, and Admins from the "Who's online" section and move them just below the user's navigation bar, as in to notify the users as to the online status of any of the types of users in the title?

If NO admins etc. are online, then to NOT display this Admins Online bar?

I am setting up a board that is to be in the style of an old BBS system -- where SysOps and CoSysops or Moderators and Admins were separate from the general online users. Much like a sticky thread and a normal thread being separated (there is a mod for that around here somewhere).

I am most concerned with the admin status line -- I want it to inform users if admins are in fact on the boards.
