Porting PM Quick Reply to 3.5

Erwin has made a great hack for a Quick Reply Function in PM.. so you don't have to click Reply or Quote to replay a PM you've reseved

The first one was for V2.3.x

and after that he upgraded it to v3.0.x

I hope a newer version for 3.5 is being ported now... and if not.. I'm voting for the new upgrade :)
