SMTP server!!

HI ! im running the forums at http://www.us-yahoo.net/forums ( localhost )

I have try the IIS SMTP server for the forums, but doesnt seem to work,

i need some suggestion.

i got it worked fine on both Win 2000 Pro & Window Server 2003.
