file missing?

functions_ucs_shared.php

anyone know that file?

i have Vbshout and eshop but i cant work eshop with Vbshout installed it gives shoutbox errors saying :

It's one of the files that is part of the uShop package. If you re-upload all the files from that zip file, it should fix the problem.
